A recent trend takes customer service within the used car industry to a whole new level. Used Car dealerships are implementing programs where used car salesmen are being converted into mere order takers. In the past when considering the purchase of a used car there has always been just a few options for you to choose from. The most popular method in looking for used cars would be to scour all of the local used car lots in hopes to find what you were looking for. The downside here is one; the dreaded looming battle that If that is not your cup of tea then researching classified ads posted by local private sellers was another way to go on your used car search. Although negotiations would more than likely be conducted on a more amiable level, you will often be led on a citywide wild goose chase looking at one used car at a time. The new technique of selling used cars would ease the process. Here’s how it works. An initial consultation is scheduled with a used car specialist. The dealer then works through the nationwide network of auto auctions available to used car dealers until a matching car at the appropriate price is found. Under this system any and all makes, models, and colors would be made available to those in the market for used cars. A local Tampa Used Car dealer has adopted this new age way of selling used cars. The Clear Sky Car Finder Program once was a mechanism to help friends and family find used cars in the Greater Tampa Area. It has now been expanded and is now available to the general public. “By limiting our standing inventory we are able to bring additional value to our customers” Says John Farnell, one of three owners of Clear Sky Used Cars. He also added that many of his customers were able to get the exact car on their wish list at a price that fit their budget. If you are considering buying a used car, current economic conditions would suggest if you want to find the used car you desire at a price you can afford it would be wise for you to look into a "Car Finder" program.
